Rates
$150-$175 per 50 minute session for fully licensed clinicians.
$75-$100 for licensed professional counselor-associates.
Insurance
- Optum/United Healthcare
Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.
I’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:
- Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
- Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
- Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
- Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?
Davis Counseling Center, PLLC will provide the necessary paperwork (“superbill”) for clients using out-of-network benefits. This paperwork allows clients to file individually with their insurance company to receive reimbursement, if applicable.
Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis. Reduced fees are based on household income, family size, and imminent financial need.
Payment
Cash, check, HSA/FSA cards, and all major credit cards are accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be charged a no show fee.
